体育赛事与城市经济发展水平的关系

Analysis of the Relation Between Sport Events and Level of Urban Economic Development

研究主要采用文献综述法和数理统计法,分析了体育赛事与城市经济发展水平的相关关系。结果显示,城市GDP总额与举办赛事数量呈现出显著的正相关,城市人均GDP与举办赛事数量则呈现不显著的相关性。城市多元经济实力的提升为赛事的成功举办奠定了基础,人们在物质生活得到满足之后,趋向于追求更高层次需求的满足,而体育赛事所能够带给城市居民的多层次、多方面的心理满足体验,使得其成为了城市中产阶级在工作之余最好的休闲选择,也成为了城市从工业化向休闲化转变的重要标志;而大型体育赛事的引进和举行,特别是具有品牌效应的赛事的开展,能够实现全方位的消费拉动,加速城市消费转型。

Using the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics, tins paper analyzes the sport events and level of urban economic development. The results show that, positive correlation exists between urban GDP and total amount of sport events. The increase of urban economic strength establishes the basis for citizens to seek for satisfaction of higher level than accommodation and food. Sport events, as products with such functions, become the best choice for middle-class citizens to fulfill their needs. The import and holding of large- scale sport events with brand effects, could also promote the consumption transition.
