采用文献资料、历史分析等研究方法,展示延安时代丰富多彩的体育运动发展状况及其原因,认为延安时代体育运动蓬勃发展的原因主要有:战争的特殊环境和现实需要为体育运动的发展提供了广阔发展的空间;各级领导高度重视,身体力行,推动了体育运动的发展;注重发挥舆论监督的引导作用,激发了广大军民的体育兴趣;因地制宜,充分调动了广大军民体育运动的积极性和创造性。延安时代体育运动蓬勃发展为新中国体育事业的发展提供了有益的借鉴和重要的启示。

I make use of large number of documents and hislorical research methods, and show a variety of sports devel opment and its causes, I think that the reasons for the booming sports are special circumstances of war and the reality of the need for the devlopment of sport provided a broad space for development, the senior leaders of C. P.C. stressed the importance of sports encouraging and promoting the development of sports. Adjusting measures to local conditions fully mobilized the majority of military and civilian sports enthusiasm and creativity. The sports of booming development in Yan＇an era provided the beneficial reference and important implications for the development of undertakings of physical culture in new China.
