摘要 现代教育理论认为,学生在教育过程中处于主体地位。如何最大限度地调动高职学生学习的积极性和主动性,关系着英语教学的成败。调动高职学生学习主动性应从以下四个方面入手:全面了解和掌握学生的情况;培养学生积极健康向上的情感;确立适当的学习目标,为其指明方向和提供动力;教育教学上下工夫,不断激发和提高学生学习英语的积极性和主动性。 Modem educational theory believes that students are in leading position in the process of education and how to stimulate initiative and positivity of vocational students' learning enthusi- asm directly affected success or failure of English teaching. In accordance with the analysis and the understanding of students'learning situation in vocational college combined with the teaching practice, this thesis proposed the following four solutions on how to mobilize students'learning enthusiasm and initiative: understand and grasp the situation of students from the aspects; arousing students' positive emotions; establishing appropriate learning aims to indicate the direction and provide the power for students; making efforts into education and teaching work to constantly irritate and enhance students'learning enthusiasm and initiative.
