摘要
本文研究了连杆多体接触模型的计算问题,并以12V1807JC 柴油机的平切口连杆为例考虑了连杆两部分和轴瓦、衬套以及螺栓的相互配合关系,用有限元混合法进行了计算,并与连续体模型的计算结果做了比较.文章指出了连杆计算应遵循的一些原则.
Studies the calculation of the con-rod by using multi-body contact model.Considering mutual fit of the shank,cap,shells,bush and bolts,makes analysis of the straight split con-rod in 12V180ZJC engine with the mixed FE method,compares the calculated results with that obtained by the nonindividual body model,and finally puts forward some principles which should be conformod in designing the con-rod.
