文化视角下的政务诚信文化研究

Research on Government Integrity from the Perspective of Culture

政务诚信是当今我国社会经济发展和全球经济影响,对我国政府机关,以及公务员的时代要求,也是政府加强自身建设和赢得公共信任的重要内容。它关系到政府的执政水平,关系到公众对政府的满意度和信任度。因此,从文化视角去透视其文化内涵,从道德文化、制度文化、法规文化、政务人员的素质文化和监督机制文化去探讨与研究,是非常有意义的。

Government integrity is the requirement to the government agencies and civil servants from China social economy development and the global economic impact. It is also important contents of strengthening government self-construction and winning trust from the public. It is related to the level of government, the degree of public satisfaction and trust upon the government. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand its cultural connotation from the perspective of culture, to explore and research it from the perspectives of moral culture, system culture, law culture, civil servant＇s quality culture and supervision mechanism culture.
