摘要
在云服务购买决策研究中,存在忽略用户需求波动以及潜在风险的问题。为此,引入风险成本,构建客户云需求波动环境下的多实例组合购买决策模型,通过案例阐述最优决策取得的条件及原因,并对最优决策与客户未来需求的波动形式、波动幅度、有效工作时间和风险敏感因子的关系分别进行具体分析。分析结果表明,与现有研究相比,该方法能保证用户资源需求的情况下,使总成本最小。
Aiming at the problems in current study on cloud services purchase decision that ignoring fluctuations in users' demands, as well as potential risks, this paper makes a study of multi-instance combination decision for minimizing customers' cost under cloud demands fluctuation with taking risk cost into consideration, describes the conditions and the reasons for optimal decision with a case in detail, and analyzes the relationship between demand fluctuation, effective working time, risk sensitive factor and optimal decision. Analysis results show that, compared with the existing research, this method can minimum total cost with users' resource needs guaranteed.
