摘要 以灵芝、首乌为主要原料,辅以枸杞、熟地黄等中药材研制一种灵芝首乌保健酒。该酒是各原料经白酒或水浸提,浸提液按一定比例进行混合后,得到的混合液用50%vol白酒、糖浆、柠檬酸经反复调配而得到一种具有独特风味和一定保健功能作用的酒。该酒的酒度45%vol,糖度10%,酸度0.05%。 A healthcare wine product had been developed by using ganoderma lucidum and fleece-flower root as raw materials and using traditional Chinese medicines such as medlar and rehmania root as auxiliary materials. The producing process was as follows: raw materials extracted by liquor or water respectively, then the extracting liquid mixed at a proper proportion, and then the mixed solution blended repeatedly with 50 %vol liquor, syrup, and citric acid to get final wine product with special flavor and healthcare functions. The alcoholicity of the the product wine was 45 %vol, its sugar content was 10 % and its acidity was 0.05 %.
