摘要
对葡萄酒感官品评过程中相关的品评人员、品评设备、品评设施与环境条件,以及品评方法进行了较为全面的论述,对感官检验方法进行了细化和补充,为开展葡萄酒感官检验提供了详细的参考依据。
In this paper, all the factors related to grape wine sensory evaluation including evaluation personnel, evaluation equipment, evaluation facilities and environmental conditions, and the evaluation method were introduced comprehensively. Besides, sensory testing methods were sup- plemented,which provide detailed reference for implementing grape wine sensory testing.
