摘要
利用丝胶-双醛普鲁兰糖(SS-dia-PU)复合物补强天然橡胶(NR),旨在改善其致密性,减小橡胶薄膜的孔径,以达到提高橡胶薄膜阻隔性能的目的。采用扫描电镜、粒径分析、差示扫描量热分析及乙醇透过性实验,对改性薄膜的相关性质进行了表征。结果表明,当SS-dia-PU的固含量不超过0.3%(质量分数)时,可以改善NR膜的性能。
Sericin-dialdehyde pullulan complexes was used to reinforce natural rubber, aimed at im- proving their compactness, reducing the aperture of rubber film, and improving the barrier properties of rubber film. Using scanning electron microscopy, particle size analysis, differential scanning calorimetry analysis and the permeability of alcohol,characterize the related properties of reinforced film. Results showed that when the solid content of seriein-dialdehyde pullulan no more than 0. 3%, the performance of natural rubber film can be improved.
