摘要
对氯化聚乙烯橡胶材料(CM)的特性及近年来国内外CM的合成和工业化生产发展概况进行了简述。重点对被广泛应用的135B型CM的配合体系,如硫化、填充补强、稳定防老体系等进行了详细介绍。对CM在电线电缆、胶管、防水材料、胶带等成品应用方面也分别进行了阐述。最后对CM今后的发展趋势和应用前景进行了分析展望。
Physical and chemical properties of chlorinated polyethylene rubber （CM） were introduced in this paper at the beginning. The research progress of CM in recent years was also discussed briefly. Specific introduction of research progress in CM compounding system, such as vulcanization system, enforcement system and anti-aging system was introduced. The application in the manufacture of cable, rubber tube, waterproof materials and adhesive tape was discussed. Finally, the perspective development and application of CM were predicted.
