珍珠透骨草的生药学研究

Research of Pharmacognostical Authentication of Herba Speranskiae Tuberculatae

目的:建立珍珠透骨草的生药学鉴定方法。方法:利用生药性状鉴别、显微鉴别对珍珠透骨草进行生药学研究。结果:对珍珠透骨草的性状鉴别特征及显微鉴别特征进行了详细阐述和描绘,其特征在鉴别时有良好的专属性。结论:本实验为珍珠透骨草的鉴定、质量标准的制定及进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。

Objective： To establish pharmacognostical authentication methods of herba Sperankiae Tuberculatae. Methods： Macroscopical identification and microscopical identification were adopted to authenticate sperankiae tubercu- latae. Results： The characteristics of herba Sperankiae Tuberculatae were observed and illustrated by macroscopical i- dentification and microscopical identification with exclusive in authentication. Conclusion： The results can be used as the evidence for identification, formulation of the quality-control standards as well as further utilization of herba Spe- rankiae Tuberculatae.
