摘要
采用职业幸福感问卷和艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版对450名小学教师进行测量,探讨小学教师职业幸福感的现状特点及与人格特质之间的关系.结果表明:性别、婚姻状况和年龄在一定程度和特定方面影响着教师的职业幸福感.人格特质与职业幸福感总分及各子项目之间相关显著,控制人口统计学变量后,神经质和精神质对小学教师的职业幸福感有显著的负向预测作用,外倾对小学教师的职业幸福感有显著的正向预测作用.
By the questionnaire and EPQ-RSC, a survey is conducted among 450 primary school teachers to investigate the situation and characteristics of occupational well-being of primary school teachers and explore the relationship between the occupational well-being and personality. The results show that gender, marital status and age can influence some aspects of occupational well-being of primary school teachers significantly and the relationship between occupational well-being and personality is significant. After controlling for demographic variables, neuroticism and psychoticism have negative prediction of occupational well-being, and extroversion has positive prediction of occupational well-being.
