摘要
电动飞机牵引车作为一种无污染、低噪声的机场地面保障车辆,可以减少机场对于空气的污染,是机场地面保障设备发展的方向。本文根据电动飞机牵引车研发的需要,针对ADVISOR仿真软件存在的不足,对其进行了二次开发。通过建立电动飞机牵引车整车、电池等部件模型,增加或修改相应的数据文件,从而建立了基于超级电容电池的四轮驱动电动飞机牵引车仿真系统。利用建立的仿真系统和飞机牵引车的典型工况,以某型电动飞机牵引车为研究对象,对其整车性能进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,所建立的仿真系统能够对整车动力性能进行仿真,对于样车的研发具有一定的实用价值。
Electric aircraft tractor, as a non-polluting, low-noise airport ground support equipment, can reduce air pollution from airport, and is the development direction of the airfield ground support equipment. In order to satisfy the research need of electric aircraft tractor, in this paper, the ADVISOR simulation software was re-developed. By modifying the model of vehicle, batteries and other segments, adding or modifying corresponding data files, an electric aircraft tractor simulation system, which has an energy storage system of uhracapacitor and a four drive vehicle model, was established. To test the new developed simulation system, simulation analysis of the performance of an electric aircraft tractor equipped with the new developed system under traction condition was conducted. The results suggested that the simulation system could simulate vehicle dynamical performance and had its practical value for developing electric aircraft tractor.
