简述了机场车载皮带输送车的结构和工作原理,针对机场车载皮带输送车试制过程中存在的问题:EQ1118G底盘驾驶室转向传动机构的改制、优化举升装置、托架刚性不足、一二号机挂接困难、输送带跑偏现象、输送速度慢、辅助支撑轮磨损,逐一提出了新的改进方法,并体现了机场车载皮带输送车的新亮点。

The structure and working principle of airport belt conveying vehicle are described. Aimed at the problems in the development process of airport belt conveying vehicle： the reform of EQlllSG chassis cab steering transmission mechanism, optimization of the lifting device, insufficient rigidity of bracket, difficult articulation of No. 1 or No.2 unit, conveying belt deviation, slow delivery speed and auxiliary wheel support wear, new methods were presented one by one, and the new highlights of the airport belt conveyor cart are embodied.
