摘要
珍珠纤维织物具有养颜护肤、远红外线发射、吸湿透气、防紫外线功能等优异性能,是高档功能性贴身面料的理想选择。本文根据珍珠纤维的特性选择纱线规格、织物组织结构,设计织物的经纬密后在自动织样机上设计研究珍珠纤维/棉衬衫面料;对设计好的珍珠纤维/棉衬衫面料与纯棉面料在织物热湿舒适性(透气性、透湿性、芯吸性)、抗紫外性、折皱回复性上进行分析比较。
Pearl fiber fabric has excellent performance as beauty skin care, far infrared e- mission, moisture permeability, UV protection. It Is the ideal choice for high-grade func- tional personal fabrics. According to the characteristics of the pearl fiber choice yarn specifi- cation, fabric structure, to design the fabric weft density after the design of pearl fiber / cotton shirt fabric in automatic sample loom; this paper has analysed and comparedthe fabric heat-moisture comfort (air permeability, moisture permeability, wicking), ultraviolet resis- tance, wrinkle recovery of the designed pearl fiber / cotton shirt fabric and cotton fabric
