浅析PPS过滤针刺毡

PPS具有机械强度高、耐高温、耐化学药品性、难燃、热稳定性好、电性能优良等优点,广泛应用于电子、机械、化工等领域。本文将PPS纤维刺成针刺毡,并对其强力、CV值、收缩率等性能进行测试。结果表明:经、纬向抗拉强度均达到国家标准要求,具有克服烟气湿度大,粉尘浓度高,粉尘粘附强等优点。

It widely used in electronics, machinery, chemical industry and other fields. The PPS fiber embroidered needle felt, and its strength, CV value, shrinkage and other perfor- mance test. The results show that： the warp, weft tensile strength can reach the national stan- dard requirements, has overcome the flue gas humidity is big, the high concentration of dust, dust adhesion is strong.
