摘要
目的探讨把《国家基本公共卫生服务规范(2011年版)》贯穿在《社区护理》教学中的必要性和具体方法。方法选取三年制高职护理专业2010级221名护生为对照组,采用传统教学法;2011级219名护生为观察组,采用改革教学法:认识重要性,端正学习态度;建立突出社区护士岗位职业能力培养的《社区护理》课程标准;实习实训基地和教学团队、试题库建设;组织志愿者进入社区并在学校社区现场演练。用自行设计护生教改评价表及理论和实训考核合格率对两组进行比较。结果观察组护生喜爱这样的教学方式,对该教学方式赞成率排在前5位依次为对实施《规范》中技能有信心(92.2%);提高了基层卫生服务能力(84.0%);激发了学习兴趣(74.0%);学校及教师对护生负责任(64.4%);增强了社会责任感(63.0%)。技能考核理论和实践合格率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论把《国家基本公共卫生服务规范(2011年版)》贯穿在《社区护理》教学中是必要和可行的。
Objective To explore the necessity of the involvement of National Basic Public Health Services Norm (2011) in the teaching of Community Nursing and its specific method. Methods The college students in grade 2010 were involved in control group (n=221) while those in grade 2011 were involved in observation group (n=219). Traditional teaching method was applied in control group whereas in observation group, the importance of and correct attitude towards learning and curriculum reform were put into the first place. Community nursing curriculum standards, practice bases, teaching group and test question bank were established. Meanwhile, volunteers were organized for nursing practice in college community. Results The teaching mode was popular among both teachers and students, who regarded it was beneficial to building confidence in skill practice (92.2%), increasing the capacity of primary health services (84.0%), stimulating the interest in learning (74.0%), improving teachers' and colleges' responsibility for students (64.4%) and enhancing students' social responsibility (63.0%). Qualified rates of theory and skill test in observation group were higher than those of control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion It is feasible and necessary to involve National Basic Public Health Services Norm (2011) in the teaching of Community Nursing.
