银行业国际化意味着金融机构更全面和深入地面对国际金融市场的风险和机遇,合理应对风险是国际化进程中的首要问题。本文通过分析国际银行业在国际化过程中的风险战略,结合国内银行实际,认为:"系统性战略风险"是风险评价的基础性指标,国内银行在国际化过程中,其治理结构、指标体系、操作系统需要相应升级。

Banking intemationalization means that financial institutions are facing the risks and opportunities of.the international financial market more comprehensively and deeply, and appropriate risk response is the primary issue in the process of international- ization. Through ＇analyzing the risk strategy of international banking in the process of internationalization, combined with the reality of domestic banks, the paper considers that ＂the systemic strategic risk＂ is the basic indicators of the risk evaluation, and domestic banks＇ governance structure, indicator system, operating system need to be updated accordingly in the process of internationalization.
