Policy Suggestion on the Financial Support for Strategic Emerging Industries

党的十八大报告指出,加快转变经济发展方式,必须更多依赖现代服务业和战略性新兴产业带动。"十二五"规划纲要和《国务院关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决定》的部署和要求提出了节能环保等七大战略性新兴产业。战略性新兴产业将成为我国未来数十年的经济长期发展的重大动力来源之一,而战略性新兴产业的发展离不开金融创新的大力支持,本文就此提出相关对策建议。

The Report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that to speed up the transforma- tion of the economic development pattern, it is a necessity to rely more on the modem services industry and strategic emerging indus- tries. The 12th Five-year Plan and the State Council＇s Decision on Speeding up Cultivating and Developing Strategic Emerging Indus- tries put forward put forward seven strategic emerging industries such as energy conservation and environmental protection. Strategic emerging industries would be one of the major sources of power to the economic development in the next decades in China, and the development of strategic emerging industries depends on the great support of financial innovation. The paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
