本文利用PEST框架深入分析了我国农村地区发展环境特点,并借鉴国外移动支付发展经验,对我国农村地区推广移动支付提出了立足长远,合理制定发展规划;结合农村地区特点,重点推广远程支付;推动移动支付创新,简化支付流程等建议。

The paper deeply analyzes the environmental characteristics of the development of China＇s rural areas using PEST framework, and leaming from the experience of mobile payment development in foreign countries, puts forward following suggestions on promoting mobile payment in rural areas as reasonably formulating a development planning from a long-term perspective, focusing on promoting remote payment combined with the characteristics of rural areas, pushing the innovation of mobile payment and simplify- hag the payment process.
