摘要
综述了管氏肿腿蜂(Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu)的应用研究进展,重点概述了防治松墨天牛(Monochamus alternates Hope)的研究现状,并讨论了在管氏肿腿蜂—松墨天牛寄生体系中有待开展的理论研究内容、管氏肿腿蜂毒液使寄主"保鲜"的生理机制、毒液对寄主组织器官和血淋巴的影响、毒液的组成分析以及毒液中作用于寄主的有效成分等,为该寄生体系的深入研究提供理论参考,为害虫生物防治研究指出新的途径,以期为提高管氏肿腿蜂的防治效率提供参考。
Research advance on application of Scleroderma guani Xiao et Wu and research status of controlling Monochamus alternates by this parasitoid were summarized. Some contents what need to be further researched, such as the physiological mechanisms of 'keep host fresh' caused by venom of S. guani, the effect of venom on host organs and the component analysis of venom were discussed,which could provide a theoretical basis for thorough research, and offer a new approach for the biological control of pest,and provide the reference for the further research of improve the control efficiency on S. guani.
