Analysis on Social Differentiation and Social Integration of State-owned Farm Based on State-owned Tea Farm of Jingting Moutain in Anhui Province

社会分化和社会整合是社会发展的2个重要组成部分,以安徽省国营敬亭山茶场为例,并结合中国社会和国营农场的发展历程,进而分析国营农场这一特殊社区的社会分化和整合的现象,并揭示了两者之间的平衡才是农场社区现代化的保证。

Social development consists of two segments, social differentiation and social integration. Taking the State-owned tea farm of Jingting Moutain in Anhui Province as an example,the differentiation and integration of the state-owned farm as a specific community combined with the development of Chinese society and state-owned farms was analyzed,and the balance of the differentiation and integration was interpreted,which ensured the modernization of the farm community.
