关于培养临床实习医生医患沟通技能的思考

医患关系是医疗实践活动中最基本也是最关键的人际关系。目前医患关系紧张,医生具备良好的沟通能力显得尤为重要。加强沟通技能的培养对实习生的临床工作及营造和谐医患关系至关重要。针对目前实习医生缺乏医患沟通技能的问题,文章提出需要学校、医院、带教老师及医学生自己多方面的努力,遵循科学的途径,在实践中不断摸索、总结和提高。

the doctor--patient relationship is the critical and basic component of human relations.Recently, this relationship is very stressful. So enriching doctors＇ communicational relationship is becoming more and more important. Compared with other doctors, housemen are lack of this skill. This paper offer a view on how to improve housemen＇ s communicational relationship.
