华中与华南地区黄缘闭壳龟形态学差异 被引量:6

The Morphological Differences Analysis of Cuora flavomarginata in Central China and Southern China

摘要 通过体质量、背甲长、背甲宽、腹甲长、腹甲宽、体高等形态参数,以及背甲长/背甲宽、腹甲长/腹甲宽、背甲长/腹甲长、背甲宽/腹甲宽、背甲长/体高、腹甲长/体高等形态参数比值研究华中、华南地区黄缘闭壳龟群体形态学差异.主成分分析、聚类分析等4种统计分析结果表明:华中地区黄缘闭壳龟形态学与华南地区黄缘闭壳龟形态学的相似程度较小,差异性较大,形态参数差异极显著(P<0.01),形态参数比值差异显著或极显著(P<0.01或P<0.05);而华中地区A、B两群体黄缘闭壳龟形态学的相似程度较大,差异性较小. The morphological differences of Cuora flavomarginata in Central China and Southern China are studied by the six shape parameters including weight, the length of carapace, the width of carapace, the length of plastron, the width of plastron, height, and six shape parameters ratio including the length of carapace to the width of carapace, the length of plastron to the width of plastron, the length of carapace to the length of plastron, the width of carapace to the width of plastron, the length of carapace to height, the length of plastron to height, weight to the square of height. The re- sults of four kinds of statistical analysis such as principal component analysis and cluster analysis showed that the mor- phological similarity of Cuora flavomarginata population are fewer and quite different in Central China and Southern China. The difference of morphometric parameter is very significant (P 〈 0. 01 ), the difference of ratio of morphometric parameter is significant or very significant(P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). But the morphological similarity of Cuoraflavomar- ginata population are big and fewer different between A and B two species competition in Central China.
