摘要
某平台液化气脱硫塔和天然气脱硫塔进口H2S质量分数出现异常,分别升高到600μg/g和1 100μg/g,急需采取高效脱硫措施以保证混输海管的安全。将超重力技术应用于海上平台脱硫实验,研究了超重力机不同转速、加药量、温度、加药位置以及活化剂等因素对脱硫效果的影响。试验结果表明,超重力配合脱硫药剂技术能满足海上平台脱硫的现场要求,可将油气水三相中的硫化氢质量分数降至15μg/g以下。
The inlets H2S concentration of LPG desulfurization tower and natural gas desulfurization tower on a platform was abnormal and was increased to 600 ppm and 1100 ppm respectively. High -efficiency desulfurization measures had to be taken to ensure the safe operation of mixed transportation pipeline. The application of ultra - gravity desulfurization technology on the offshore platform was tested to study the impacts of rotation speed of high - gravity machine, chemical dosage, chemical addition location and activator on the desulfurization efficiency. The test results indicate that ultra - gravity together with desulfurization agent technology can meet the requirements of desulfurization of offshore platform. The hydrogen sulfide content in three phases of oil, gas and water can be reduced to lower than 15 ppm.
