摘要
整车热管理分析研究在整车项目开发流程中起着重要的作用,应用数值分析手段可以在项目开发前期发现热风险,尽早提出解决方案,减少后续试验开发及改进的成本。文章采用Fluent和Radtherm软件,通过稳态计算方法对整车热性能进行分析,对存在的热风险问题进行瞬态计算,并提出改进方法。
Vehicle thermal management plays an important role in vehicle development process. Simulation analysis can find thermal risk in early stage of project, and quickly give proposal so as to re- duce test cost. Fluent and Radtherm software is applied to analyze the vehicle thermal performance through steady calculation method. Proposals are provided and validated to fix the thermal risk.
