高校行政人员在整个数字化校园建设过程中起着承上启下的重要作用,其信息素养水平的高低直接影响着高校数字化校园建设的效率。在数字化校园环境下,对高校行政人员信息素养内涵的界定应当结合其工作角色特征,从信息知识、信息意识与信息技能三方面展开。

University administrative staff plays an important role in the whole process of digital campus construction, its information lit- eracy level directly influenced the efficiency of the digital campus construction. In digital campus environment, the information literacy definition of the administrative staff should be based on the role feature, interpret from the information knowledge, information con- sciousness and information skills.
