摘要
基于双光子显微镜的基本原理,主要针对乳腺组织中癌细胞入侵正常细胞,对胶原纤维的形态特征进行提取分析,使用MATLAB编程实现该过程中图像的处理。通过对病变纤维图片的频谱信息特征进行提取和分析,统计频谱图各个方向上灰度值概率,判断癌细胞的入侵时,纤维的排列取向变化的信息。该计算机诊断技术即可以判断癌细胞是否开始入侵及入侵的程度,在癌症诊断上具有重要意义。
This paper based on the basic principle of two-photon microscope, mainly for breast cancer tissue invasion of normal cells, the collagen fiber morphological and physiological characteristics extraction analysis, the use of MATLAB programming to realize the process of image processing. Through the lesions of the frequency spectrum of fiber image information features extraction and analysis, statistics spectrum diagram in all directions gray value probability, judge cancer invasion, fiber arrangement orientation change information. The computer diagnostic technique that can judge whether the cancer cells began to invade and invasion degree in cancer diagnosis is of great significance.
