摘要
矿井提升机是煤矿生产过程中的关键设备,其性能好坏直接影响矿山生产的效率与安全。目前,提升机主要采用交流电动机转子串、切电阻的传统调速方式,此类方案成本高、可靠性低。因此,利用可编程控制技术(PLC)、交流变频调速技术等处理方法,旨在实现提升机安全、可靠的速度控制。试验结果表明,利用PLC功能控制变频器的输出信号,使得提升机能够在给定速度与位置运行,从而减少事故发生,延长电气设备使用寿命,具有一定的实用性与经济性。
Mine hoist is the key equipment in the production process of coal mine, its performance directly influences the efficiency and safety of mine production. At present, hoist mainly adopts the traditional control mode of the AC motor rotor, cutting resistance, which is high cost, low reliability program. Therefore, this research uses the programmable control technology (PLC), AC variable frequency speed control technology, aimed at the realization of elevator's safety, reliable speed control. The test results show that using the PLC control inverter output signal, the hoisting machine can run at a given speed and position, so as to reduce accidents, prolong the service life of electrical equipment. It has certain practicability and economy.
