摘要
针对盾构机在控制系统上日益提高的可靠性要求,提出了使用双机热备技术来解决盾构机控制系统中PLC控制器和通讯网络冗余问题的方案,并在传统盾构机控制系统基础上结合双机热备技术,构建了双机热备盾构机控制系统。并以此硬件系统为基础,结合盾构机实际工作特点,分别从系统IP地址的分配和工作机制、双机热备数据库的建立、双机热备数据库的传输,程序运行任务机制、双机协调同步工作方法等方面对该系统的实现过程进行了分析,并就以上实现过程中的技术难点提出了解决方法。
For satisfying the higher reliability requirement of the EPB control system, this dissertation proposed that with the Hot Standby technology to solve the redundancy of PLC and network in the EPB control system. Based on the control system of the traditional EPB combined with the technology of Hot standby, build the Hot standby EPB control system. And based on the hardware system, combine with the actual working feature of EPB, respectively analysis the implementation procedure from the system IP address distribution and work mechanism, the establishment of Hot standby database, the transmission of Hot standby database, program running task mechanism, Hot standby coordinate synchronous working methods, and propose the solution method about the technology difficulties in this process.
