空分装置冷箱内泄漏的分析

Analysis for internal leakage of cold box of air separation plant

空分装置冷箱内泄漏后,对相关运行数据进行了分析,主要有主塔基础温度、冷箱夹层中多个取样点含氧量、每日总液体产量,比较装置重启运前后、密封气流量大小变化前后、不同膨胀机运行时对其影响,分析推断出了泄漏介质、介质状态、漏点大致位置,估算出了每日漏量。由此,企业做出了加强对冷箱的安全监管、维持此状态继续运行的决定。一年半后对装置进行了成功检修,发现实际泄漏点情况与分析推断的结论基本吻合。

This paper analyzed the relevant running data of the plant for the intemal leakage of the cold box of air separation plant, including the temperature of the main column foundation, the oxygen content at several sampling points inside the cold box and the total daily liquid output, compared the leakage before ＆ after restarting of the plant and that before ＆ after changing of the sealing gas flow and the influence on the leakage by different expanders. The paper also analyzed and deduced the leaked medium, the medium state and the possible leaking location and estimated the daily leakage. On this basis, the company decided to strengthen the safety monitoring to the cold box and to keep the plant running at this state. After one and half years, the plant was maintained successful and showed that actual leakage was the same as the conclusion of the above analysis.
