Prediction and Evade of Cultural-Creative Industries' Investment and Financing Risks

文化创意企业的发展有着巨大的市场空间,但是由于文化创意企业的特殊性,给企业的投融资带来极大的风险,而对风险的预测与规避,尚未形成系统的预测标准与工具。论文基于对文化创意企业投融资风险成因分析的结果,讨论了文化创意企业投融资的各类风险因子,在此基础上,建立了文化创意企业投融资风险预测的标准体系,进一步利用前馈神经网络方法,预测文化创意企业投融资的风险。最后,根据预测结果及投融资风险成因提出风险回避、风险自留、风险转移和风险控制的风险规避对策。

The development of culture-creative industries has a huge market space but the particularity of the cultural-creative industries brings enormous risk to investment and financing of the industries,and it has not been formed system prediction standards and tools for risk prediction and evade.Based on the risk cause analysis results of cultural creative industries＇ investment and financing,this paper discussed all kinds of risk factors of the cultural creative industries＇ investment and financing and established the standard system of culture-creative industries＇ investment and financing risk prediction.It further used feedforward neural network method to forecast the risk of cultural-creative industries＇ investment and financing.Finally,according to the prediction results and risk causes of investment and financing proposed the risk aversion countermeasures composed of risk avoidance,risk retention,risk transfer and risk control.
