摘要 采用自制的AMPS改性聚丙烯酸高效减水剂和国内外同类产品进行对比试验,结果表明:与国内外同类产品相比,AMPS改性聚丙烯酸高效减水剂不仅在减水效果和流动度保持性能方面有优势,而且能使硬化后高性能混凝土强度高、干缩小、刚度高、稳定性好,同时具有良好的抗氯离子渗透性能、抗冻性、耐磨性和抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能. A comparison test is conducted between the self-made AMPS modified Polyacrylic acid superplasticizer and products of the same kind home and abroad. The results indicate: Compared with the products of the same kind home and abroad, the self-made AMPS modified Polyacrylic acid superplasticizer not only has an advantage in the water-reducing effect and fluidity keeping quality, but also can increase the intensity of the high-performance concrete after hardening; it is characteristic of little drying shrinkage, high rigidity, and good stability; meanwhile, it shows high quality of penetrating resistance to chloride ion, frost resistance, abrasive resistance, and anti-sulfate corrosion.
