南充市汽车维修行业现状与发展对策研究

A Research on the Current Situation of Vehicle Repair Industry in Nanchong City and Countermeasure

分析了南充市汽车维修行业的现状,主要表现为汽车维修行业存在行业管理不规范、企业布局不合理、从业人员素质参差不齐、维修队伍不稳定等问题,在此基础上提出了应由行业主管部门、企业、高校多管齐下,共同解决存在的问题的建议.

This paper analyzes the current situation of Nanchong city Vehicle repair industry, and finds that there exist such problems as： the management is far from satisfactory, the layout unreasonable, and the staff in this industry unstable. Based on these findings, this paper proposes a multiple management style with the staff composed of the direct authorities of this industry, enterprises and universities, so that these problems can be better resolved.
