皖北地区高校拓展训练开展的现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Outward Development in Colleges and Universities in Northern Anhui Province

目前,高校培养出来的人才很难适应社会发展的需要.随着社会的进步,对人才的需求不仅需要具有良好的专业技能,而且还必须具有良好的心理素质和团队合作意识.文章在参考大量文献的基础上,总结当前皖北地区高校拓展训练的开展情况及存在问题,提出建议和对策.

Nowadays university graduates cannot meet the needs of the society.With the development of society,more personnel with professional skills and better psychological qualities and teamwork are needed.This paper,by referring to abundant literature,summarizes the current situation and the problems in terms of outward development in colleges and universities in northern Anhui Province.It also proposes some countermeasures.
