高职机电专业毕业生就业质量与满意度分析

Analysis on the Quality and Satisfaction of Employment in Vocational Electromechanical Graduates

以机电专业毕业生为调查对象,采用访谈、座谈以及问卷调查等方法,掌握2012届机电专业毕业生的就业状况,分析毕业生的就业质量、就业满意度、人才培养满意度以及对学校就业指导与服务的满意度,并为推进高职学院校企合作高技能人才培养,促进教育教学改革提出对策与建议。

Based on interview and questionnaire study, the article takes electromechanical graduates as the research objects, analyzing on the quality of employment of graduates, employment satisfaction, personnel training satisfaction, and satisfaction of career guidance services in schools, coming up with strategies and recommendations for promoting vocational college school-enterprise cooperation of highly skilled personnel training, and to promote the reform of education and teaching.
