摘要
提出利用β-环糊精交联聚合树脂富集环境水样中的苯基汞,选用乙醇洗脱富集的苯基汞,并使用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对其消解物进行定量分析的方法,通过实验优化其化学和仪器条件。讨论了溴化剂用量、溴化时间对消解率的影响,振荡时间对吸附率的影响,洗脱时间对洗脱率的影响,以及共存离子干扰、精密度与检出限等因素,对样品进行了分析并绘制了标准曲线。该方法灵敏度高、选择性好、精密度高,检出限为0.36 ng/mL,相对标准偏差RSD为2.29%(n=10,c=4 ng/mL)。
Proposes the method utilizing β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer enrich phe- nyl-mercury in sample water, chooses ethanol to elutriate off the enriched phenyl-mercury, and us- es hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method to quantitatively analyse digestive product, through experiment to optimize the chemical and instrument conditions. Discusses the influ-ence of hrominating agent dosage and brominating time to digestive rate, the influence of oscillating time to adsorption rate, the inflence of eluting time to eluting rate, discusses the factors such as the interference of concomitant ions, the precision and the detection limit, analyses the sample and draws the standard curve. The method is sensitive, selective and precise, the detection limit is 0. 36 ng/mL and RSD is 2.29% (n = 10, c = 4 ng/mL).
