中国区域R&D投入差异聚类及成因分析

Analysis on Clustering and Reason of Regional R&D Input Differences in China

引入R&D投入强度、R&D经费支出、R&D人员全时当量、R&D人员和其相对规模等指标,对我国2010年各地区的研发投入水平进行比较分析,结果发现各地区的R&D投入水平存在明显差异,呈现出东中西由高到低的递减。在此基础上通过聚类分析各地区R&D投入差异的原因,进一步提出缩小区域R&D投入差距的对策。

By introducing R&D input intensity,R&D expenditure,full-time equivalent of R&D personnel,R&D personnel and their relative scales as indicators,this paper makes a comparative analysis on R&D investment level in different regions of China in 2010.The results show that there are significant differences in the R&D investment level in different regions,the R&D investment level decreases from east to west.On these bases,through cluster analyzing the reason of different R&D investment level in different regions,the paper puts forward some countermeasures of reducing the regional R&D investment gap.
