摘要
拓扑优化技术是一项新兴的设计方法,是在一定空间区域内寻求材料最合理分布的一种优化方法,是一个迭代的过程,可以在方案设计阶段给出零部件甚至组件的合理材料布局,减轻结构质量,通过这项技术,企业能缩短设计周期,提高产品性能,减少昂贵的样件生产和整车测试次数,这一新兴优化设计方法非常适合于摩托车工业中车架及后摆臂整体和单个零件的设计。
Abstract: Topology optimization technology is a new designing method. This method is an iteration process-i.e, to find the optimal materials distribution in certain space. That can offer a reasonable material distribution of the parts and components during the design process. By adopting this method, the manufacturers can reduce weight of the product' s structure, shorten the design cycle, improve the performance of the product, and reduce the numbers of samples and the tests. It is very suitable for the design of motorcycle frame, rear swinging arm, and parts.
