纺织服装类高校科技创新能力评价研究——基于相对偏差距离最小法

Studying on the Evaluation Index System of S&T Innovation Capacity of Universities in the Textile and Apparel Industry——based on the relative difference minimum method

从行业特征出发,构建了包含科技创新基础和科技创新成果两个方面3级31个指标的高校科技创新能力评价指标体系。并根据这一指标体系利用相对偏差距离最小法对原纺织部所属9大纺织服装类本科院校科技创新能力进行了具体测评,从测评结果看,苏州大学、东华大学是纺织服装类高校中科技创新能力最强的。最后针对测评结果提出提升中国纺织服装类高校整体创新能力的一些思路和建议。该指标体系对评价其他行业高校科技创新能力具有一定的参考价值。

To define the level of S＆T innovation capacity scientifically and noticeably advance the innovation capabilities of university in the textile and apparel industry, based on the base of scientific innovation and innovations, this paper established an evaluation system which contains 3 levels and 31 indexes. With these indexes, the paper evaluated the level of S ＆ T innovation capacity of 9 universities in the textile and apparel industry. The results of the sample for the test have shown that Donghua University strongest scientific and technological innovation capacity. Finally, it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for further improvement to universities in the textile and apparel industry in China. And it is obviously referential to define the level of S ＆ T innovation capacity scientifically and noticeably advance the innovation capabilities of university in other industry.
