高校学生档案管理及其社会化服务职能

On the File Management of College Students and its Social Service Functions

我国高校档案的管理,随着科学发展观理念的深入已逐步走向社会化阶段,而学生档案也已纳入档案管理制度范畴,这必将对高校重点学科的发展、人才目标的培养、对接市场的就业等方面产生重要的意义。本文浅析了社会化背景下的高校学生档案管理特征与服务职能,提出了管理存在的问题和实现学生档案社会化服务职能的对策分析。

With the spreading of the Scientific Outlook on Development, the college file management in our country is stepping into the socialized stage, and its filing part on students has also been classified into the notion of file management system, which will surely be very important to the development of college key disciplines, personnel training and graduate employment in job market. This paper is to analyze the different characteristics and service functions of the file management of college students in the background of socialization, expose some of the problems and try to put forward some suggestive solutions so as to improve the service.
