辅导员的职业认同状况关系着辅导员队伍的稳定和学生工作的成效。然而当前独立学院辅导员职业认同总体并不高。要提升其在工作中的价值体验、提高职业认同,应当实现日常管理工作程序化,实现思想政治教育与素质教育的结合,实现辅导员专业化发展与职业发展的结合。

Counselors＇ occupation identity status is related to and the chances of the students work. The Deficiency of counselors＇ the stability of the counselors occupation identity in inde- pendent college is a big problem. To enhance their value in the workplace experience and improve the occupation identity, they should implement daily management procedure, and explore the combination of the ideological and political education approach so as to realize the combination of counselors＇ professional development and the occupation development.
