Mode Study of Curriculum Development on "Demand-oriented Community Development"

课程在社区教育中具有重要地位,是居民学习的载体和媒介。社区教育课程开发应遵循立足社区、以人为本原则,确立"社区发展需求导向型"开发模式,包括调研居民学习需求、确立课程目标、选择组织课程内容、开展课程实施与评价等关键环节。当前,社区教育课程开发工作还需在科学规划管理课程开发、整合利用社区教育资源、明确社区教育课程开发主体、建立专业化的课程开发队伍、运用现代教育技术和手段方面做出努力。

Curriculum takes a very important position in community education,which also is the l-earning media and platform for all residents.The development of community education curriculumshould be based on the needs of whole community and the idea of human-centered principle,and it also should establish the ＂demand-oriented community development＂ mode.In this mode,study-ing residents＇learning demands,establishing curriculum object,choosing and organizing course＇s contents,implementing and evaluating curriculum are key sections.At present,the development of community education courses needed in the development of scientific planning and management courses integrate community use of educational resources,a clear community education curriculum development body,the establishment of a specialized curriculum development team,and the use of modern educational technology and means to make efforts.
