现代技工教育文化建设透视:问题与对策——基于广州市技工院校考察

Modern Mechanic Education Culture Construction Perspective:Problems and Countermeasures——Based on the Investigation of Guangzhou Mechanic Colleges and Universities

广州技工教育已初步呈现"广州模式即政校企一体、工学评一体、技艺道一体"的文化特色。但是,广州市技工教育文化建设仍面临一些问题,如对技工教育文化建设内涵有待清晰、技工教育文化特色有待鲜明、技工教育文化建设参与主体有待平衡等。通过对问题进行解析进一步提出改进之策:科学论证,优化文化建设规划;合理安排,活化文化建设机制;明确内容,量化文化建设指数;归纳提炼,内化文化建特色。

Guangzhou mechanic education is preliminary already present ＂Guangzhou is a mode of administration mode,engineering evaluation,a skill way one＂ cultural characteristics.Guangzhou mechanic education culture construction are faced with the problem,such as the mechanic education culture connotation construction needs to be clear,the mechanic education culture needs to be bright,the mechanic education culture construction in subject to balance,etc.;Improvement of policy： scientific verification,optimization of the cultural construction planning;Reasonable arrangement,activation culture construction mechanism;Explicit content,quantitative culture construction index;Inductive refining,internalization culture construction characteristics.
