摘要 蛋白尿不仅是肾脏病常见的临床表现,也是肾功能进行性减退的独立危险因素,因此对其发病机制的研究越来越受到重视。蛋白尿的形成机制十分复杂,与肾小球滤过屏障结构和功能受损有关。近年研究显示足细胞在蛋白尿的形成中发挥重要作用。该文就足细胞在蛋白尿产生中的作用作一综述。 Being a common clinical manifestation of kidney disease, Albuminuri presents as an independent risk factor for progressive loss of renal function. Therefore the research about pathogenesis of albmninuria is increas- ingly emphasized. The complex mechanism of albuminuria might be relevant with glomerular filtration barrier dam- age in structure function. Recent years, studies have shown that podocytes play an important role in the formation of albuminuria. This article will review articles on role of podocytes in albuminuria.
