急性胰腺炎患者院后血清基质金属蛋白酶水平与糖代谢水平的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation between serum matrix metalloproteinases and glycometabolism in patiens with acute pancreatitis after discharge

摘要 目的:探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)患者出院后1年糖代谢紊乱风险及血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)水平与糖代谢水平的相关性。方法:出院1年的AP患者47例为研究组,同期门诊健康体检非AP者47例为对照组,检测所有研究对象血清MMP-2、MMP-9、GHbA1c及C肽水平。结果:与对照组比较,研究组血清MMP-9水平明显升高(t=2.607,P<0.05),C肽水平明显降低(t=2.474,P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义;研究组血清GHbA1c与MMP-9水平呈正相关(r=0.395,P<0.01),与C肽水平呈负相关(r=-0.363,P<0.01)。结论:AP患者出院后1年出现糖代谢紊乱的风险升高,提示AP患者出院后应注意监测血糖,患者血清MMP水平与糖代谢水平存在相关性。 Objective: To investigate the risk of glyeometabolism disorder and correlation between serum matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) and glycometabolism in patiens with acute pancreafitis after discharge. Methods: A to- tal of 47 patients with acute pancreatitis (study group) and 47 healthy people (control group) were recruited in this study. The serum levels of MMP-2, MMP-9, glyocosylated hemoglobin A1c (GHbAlc) and C-peptide were ex- amined in all subjects. Results: The serum levels of MMP-9 (t = 2. 607, P 〈 0.05 ) were significantly increased, but the levels of C-peptide ( t = 2. 474, P 〈 0. 05 ) were significantly decreased in study group in comparison with control group. There was association between MMP-9 (r =0. 395, P 〈0.01) and GHbAlc or C-peptide (r = - 0. 363, P 〈 0.01 ) in patients of study group. Conclusion: The risk of glycometabolism disorder increased in patiens with acute pancreatitis in 1 year after discharge. It indicated that blood glycogen level monitoring should be performed in patiens with acute pancreatitis after discharge. The serum levels of MMP-9 significantly correlated with the levels of GHbA1c and C-peptide.
