摘要
论文在分析某遥测装备故障特性的基础上,通过对一种遥测装备变频单元故障树的定性和定量分析,构建了基于故障树的专家诊断系统,基于故障树模型给出了基于虚拟仪器的故障诊断系统实现方案和硬件设计,编写了相应的故障诊断系统软件程序。通过对遥测装备故障诊断实验验证了该系统的可靠性和有效性,有力地提高了检测与故障自动化诊断能力,加快了该遥测装备的保障和维护效率。
On the base of the analysis to certain telemetry equipment fault characteristic, the expert diagnosis system based on fault tree is construct using the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the frequency conversion unit's fault tree. The implementation plan and hardware design of this fault diagnosis system based on virtual instrument is presented based on fault tree model. Moreover, the software program of the corresponding fault diagnosis system is provided. The reliability and validity of this system are verified based on the fault diagnosis experiments. Finally,it is indicated that these techniques have significantly enhanced the detection and diagnosis abilities of automation, the safeguard and maintenance efficiency of this telemetry equipment is accelerated.
