摘要
根据汽车模块化生产特征,提出面向模块生产的追溯方法;在零部件批次关系和订单信息系统上构建内外部追溯系统模型;并建立物联网技术集成应用模式及零部件供应商分布式管理系统;实现产品质量的事前控制以及缺陷产品追溯和批次追溯相结合的追溯目标。
According to theory of modular production, this paper uses information tracing on the basis of modularity： devises the internal and external traceability model which is preferable to the past ones based on bill of lots and ordering. It estab- lishes an integrated applied pattern of bar codes and RFID technology and management system of the distributed parts suppliers. Then it realizes prior quality control, the combination of exact and batch product traceability.
