摘要
介绍了基于Prodave组件的西门子PLC监控系统设计过程及应用,以Visual Studio为开发平台,采用C#为编程语言进行上位机设计,使用Prodave软件包的动态连接库实现了上位机PC与西门子S7-300系列PLC之间的通信,并根据该方法设计开发了电机寿命测试监控系统,完成了上位机PC对该PLC软元件状态与数据的实时采集和控制。经现场实际运行表明,该通信方法灵活、可靠,由此开发的系统,完成了预定功能。
This paper presents tile design process and application of Siemens PLC monitoring system based on the Prodave component. This design mainly based on Visual Studio for development platform, and the C# for programming language epistatic machine design, using Prodave package dynamic link libraries to realize the PC and Siemens series S7-300 PLC communication. According to the method developes motor life test monitoring system, the PC to the PLC soft element and the state of real-time data acquisition and control. The field operation verifies that this method is flexible and stable, it can complete the function preinstalled.
