薄片水份控制系统是烟草制丝系统的重要组成部分,对烟丝的质量起着关键的作用。原薄片水份控制系统是人为调节温湿阀门来控制烟丝的湿度,改造后的系统通过PID自动控制温湿阀门,提高了控制的稳定性和精确性。
Moisture control system is important of tobacco thin silk industry, and affects the quality of tobacco silk. Old system controls moisture by manual adjust the valve. Atfer reforming temperature valve is automatically control by PID method in improved system. Stability and accuracy of system is enhanced.
